The Hammer is Coming!

The Hammerhead Shark Tank Exhibit is coming soon to the Destin History and Fishing Museum. Construction is underway to bring home an 8 ½ foot hammerhead shark mount which will be housed in a “shark tank” visible from the road. Craig Augustine of Bay Harbor Renovations is constructing the exhibit. Funding for the mount was made possible by our wonderful local supporters. Grand opening is planned for the first week of July. If you would like to be included as a sponsor for this exhibit, the Museum is accepting tax deductible donations to offset the exhibit construction cost.
